Recent experiments have confirmed the existence of gravitational waves and we have also achieved a great success in advancing silicon chips but none of this would have been possible without the development of physics. Physics, indeed all sciences starts with a simple observation, we ask questions how thinks work and build a hypothesis around it. Then through experiments and analysis, we develop a scientific theory. That scientific theory is then tested over again until we find a flaw… that flaw is what motivates us towards a more refined theory… and the process is endless (at least until today).
