In the aftermath of the goblin war, the Minotaurs of the Mountain Realm gathered in their sacred city, Khazad'Kor. The great temple of the earth goddess, resonated with the sound of drums and the rustling of hide-bound scrolls.

Korvus, the venerable Minotaur elder, called the Council of the Horned to convene. Representatives from each of the five Minotaur clans assembled around the great stone table, their horns adorned with symbols of their lineage.

The council discussed the growing threat of the dark elf kingdom, which had been secretly funding the Redfang goblins. The Minotaurs knew that the dark elves sought to exploit the rich resources of the Mountain Realm for their own sinister purposes.

After much debate, the council decided to send a delegation to the dwarven stronghold of Kragnir Peak, now controlled by the Blackaxe goblins. The Minotaurs sought to forge an unlikely alliance with their ancient foes, the goblins, against the common threat of the dark elves.

Korvus chose his most trusted emissary, the skilled warrior-diplomat, Thagros the Unwavering, to lead the delegation. Thagros set out on the perilous journey, accompanied by a retinue of Minotaur guards and a mysterious, hooded advisor...
