
mind art core PILATES PERFORMANCE is also a movement training ground for performers. We provide weekly drop-in classes in Somatics and Contemplative Movement. We will also host workshops specifically geared towards specific types of performers, ie, improvisers, musicians and theatre devisors. As a community of artists, we are interested in opening the conversation: What is performance? How do we continue to train as performers outside of an academic setting? How can we collaborate as a community to share and inspire each others' work?
