How did this mess get here? ⬇️We initially covered the edges of this box with masking tape to protect it from mortar when apply the stone veneer. This would’ve been fine if we didn’t keep it on as long as we did!
The stone veneer has been a HUGE project and it ended up taking much longer than we initially anticipated. We totally forgot about the tape and when we went to remove it, we realized the mess we created.
Huge thanks to our followers who gave us the suggestion of using rubbing alcohol and lemon essential oil!
I also tried this on a stainless steel metal box and the lemon essential oil worked better on that!
