As Borno State battles a worsening water crisis, the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) has launched a new water project in Ngarrannam, Maiduguri Metropolitan Council. The initiative seeks to provide a sustainable solution to the region’s rising demand for clean, potable water, especially as humanitarian needs continue to grow.The project is expected to ease pressure on overstretched water sources and support vulnerable communities affected by conflict and displacement.
