Two-handed pattern number 2 slightly increases the difficulty of the rhythms by adding more diverse levels of subdivision and rests. You may adjust your metronome bpm to either faster or slower depending on your needs, or you are also welcome to move on the syncopation in Chapter 2 if you feel that you understand how the two-handed pattern exercise works.
