genre: slacker rock, twee pop, noise pop, skate punk, dream pop
year: 1996
label: Clover Records (C-032)
part of the Clover Records Anthology on this channel, this is the second installation from Red Go-Cart. the even rarer first tape from this band! they had a very similar sound here to what they had in their second demo tape, Something Good Today. this one is a little more inclined towards the twee sound and absolutely electric energy of punk music. this band always had one of my favorite styles of the entire catalogue of Clover Records' music, their work being so unique and bizarre yet so potent, and absolutely precious. this will make your heart gush.
