'Horseshoe Overlook is a plateau in The Heartlands. To one side is a steep cliff, and to the other lies thick forest, making it the perfect location for the gang to camp. It is most likely named after its resemblance to the shape of a horseshoe. Horseshoe Overlook is a very advantageous spot for a camp to be situated, as the small hill has the high ground where an attack might be coming from, it also has a complete view of the entire canyon below and many deer to hunt in the area. It is also close to the town Valentine, which has a butcher's shop for selling excess meat for money. It also has a Doctor, Gunsmith, Saloon, and a Bank to rob. Horseshoe Overlook is objectively the most strategically advantageous camp location in the game.' - Fandom
