I bake fluffy buns with avocado.

Ingredients:

Avocado – 150 grams
Milk - 115 milliliters
Sugar – 25 grams
Yeast – 3 grams
Flour – 250 grams
Salt – 3 grams
Butter – 15 grams
Sesame optional

Bake for 20 minutes at 180℃/350℉.
