I purchased this Yamaha BB435 5-string electric bass new from Granata Music here in Ottawa. It is well built, looks great and has some pretty awesome features... and the price can't be beat! I paid $700 CDN and I knwe they are $599USD stateside new. Alder body, 5 piece maple and mahogany neck, convertible bridge with angled string thru body, custom YGD alnico PJ pickups, rosewood fingerboard, 18mm string spacing and a painted headstock. 10" radius fingerboard and it plays really smooth. Check one out at your local music store - you won't be disappointed!
