The darkness of the crushing abyss below looks so gentle from the surface. It won't be so in the deep. A little space drum\hand pan thing going on with very modest embellishments, simple melody, a touch of darkness and confusion and a dramatic resurfacing (or perishing in the deep?) in the second act with a tiny bit of orchestral action. Definitely a case for me where simplicity works wonders.
