🦐 Taverna del Viejo Lobo (Southernmost Tavern!)
Started with a huge seafood and deli meat platter featuring crispy shrimp, king crab cakes, calamari, mussels, ham, cheese, fries, and delicious dipping sauces.
Desserts included a fluffy "Balcarce" cake layered with dulce de leche, whipped cream, peaches, and meringue—Audrey’s favourite, reminding her of our wedding cake!
Sam indulged in a coconut brownie filled with rich dulce de leche mousse.
🍷 Bodegón Fueguino
Cozy Argentine restaurant serving hearty comfort food.
Audrey loved the cod covered in creamy blue cheese sauce paired with sweet pumpkin mash.
Sam enjoyed tender chicken breast topped with a rich mushroom sauce and a tasty side quiche.
Finished with Calafate berry ice cream—legend says if you try this Patagonian berry, you’ll return one day!
🦀 Isabel Restaurant (Cooking on a Plow!)
This popular spot specializes in food cooked traditionally on metal plows (discos).
Enjoyed ice-cold Beagle craft beer, bread, and the incredible King Crab casserole with rice, peppers, onions, tomatoes, and parmesan cheese—exclusive to Ushuaia!
Returned again for seafood spaghetti loaded with shrimp, veggies, and a creamy sauce. Delicious comfort food after exploring Patagonia!
🍝 Kwar Resto Bar (Amazing Pasta & Risotto)
Sophisticated atmosphere and some of the best pasta in Ushuaia!
Audrey feasted on creamy king crab risotto loaded with chunks of crab meat.
Sam had black squid ink ravioli stuffed generously with salmon in a four-cheese sauce—a dish reminding us of foodie memories in Croatia!
