🇬🇧 I wrote this song not long after Queen Elizabeth II passed.It sat in a drawer, unfinished—until Lazar heard my strange little demo and said, "I love the sentiment behind this. Can I sing it?"

I’m not a monarchist exactly, but I had a real affection for this lady who was simply always there—for my whole life, and even my mother’s whole life . She was a constant, a symbol, a British institution. 👑🕊️ .
Both of these very british identity songs i put up tonight are older songs from about a year ago and we have moved on as music artists and our set up and how we write and record songs 'but they were worth putting up approaching st georges day . you can tell by just listening they are older compared to our newer stuff but somebody out there might not have heard them first time round ? anyway cheers #youtubers
I think I shelved this song out of embarrassment.
It felt too sincere.
But now, I’m willing to admit it:
I had an affection for our late Queen.
and i think most british people felt similar.
