هي عبارة عن مبادرة توعوية وتوجيهية وتطويرية يطلقها المركز بهدف التركيز على توفير الفرصة للشباب القطري، وخصوصًا من هم بين سن 13 إلى 26 عامًا، لحضور عروض تقديمية مهنية رفيعة المستوى والمشاركة في نقاشات تفاعلية مع خبراء من أصحاب المهن المختلفة.

وحملت المحاضرة الثانية عنوان "دور أولياء الأمور القطريين في توجيه أبنائهم مهنيًا"، حيث تم مناقشة مدى تأثيره أولياء الأمور القطريين على قرارات أبنائهم المهنية وأهمية تعريف كل من الآباء والأبناء بالتطوير المهني.

QCF Lecture Series is a career awareness, orientation and development initiative that aims at providing Qatari youth, in particular nationals aged 16-26, with the opportunity to attend and engage in high level career related presentations and to participate in discussions with experts from different occupational backgrounds.

The second lecture titled “Qatari Parents as Career Coaches” discussed how Qatari parents affect their children’s career decisions and why educating both on career development is important.
