I adore our local French Food markets in France - this video was shot on a cold day in winter when there is nothing quite like a hot crepe to keep you warm - see the professionals at work as they make some delicious crepes in front of you and enjoy the local atmosphere.

🇫🇷 RECIPE FOR FRENCH CREPES 🇫🇷 INGREDIENTS (6 PPL) 250g wheat flour 50g sugar A pinch of salt 4 eggs 500ml milk PREPARATION Pour the flour into a bowl with the sugar and a pinch of salt. Dig a fountain and break the 4 eggs in. Mix by incorporating the flour, little by little, and slowly add the milk. Let the mixture rest for a few minutes. Once the batter is ready, you can a little more milk if the batter is too thick. Put your pancake pan to heat (it needs to be very hot!). Oil the pan lightly, then add a small ladle full of batter on to the pan, moving the pan from side to side to evenly spread the batter. Bake the crêpe first on one side, then to cook the other side, by either tossing the pancake with the pan or by lifting it with a spatula. Enjoy your crêpes with a choice of either honey, sugar, sugar + lemon juice, jam, chestnut spread or Nutella.
