In fact - doing whatever you want is *how* you keep the OCD at bay.
In fact, you can learn to hone in all that brilliance, passion, love, and care into the things you value rather than the things you fear.
That beautiful, complex, wild, awesome, creative brain of yours doesn’t only come up with scary things. It comes up with some pretty awesome things, too. You just need to learn to channel all of that awesome energy into the things you value RATHER than fear and avoidance.
