Energy audits provide opportunities to save energy, no matter how energy efficient the buildings might already be. Can the City of Boston provide a fresh perspective to the City of Atlanta with additional energy saving opportunities? In Episode Two of the Better Buildings Challenge SWAP 3 (), brought to you by the U.S. Department of Energy, watch the team from Boston conduct an energy audit of Atlanta’s buildings. Follow along to see what energy efficiency opportunities they can find at the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, the world’s busiest passenger airport and the Hemphill Water Treatment Plant where all the city’s drinking water is treated.

The Better Buildings Challenge SWAP is a three episode web series () that documents two industry leaders at top of their game in energy conservation as their energy teams swap cities to uncover energy savings at each other’s buildings.

SWAP mirrors the goal for DOE's Better Buildings Challenge, an initiative launched in 2011 to improve efficiency of American commercial, institutional, multifamily buildings and industrial plants by 20 percent or more over 10 years -with leading CEOs and executives sharing ideas to help spur billions in new investments and energy savings in their facilities. In addition, this season's SWAP brings light to efforts being made in government buildings, which have also grown tremendously.
