Best purchase we ever made!

We are Alex and Elaina - A couple in our 20s with big dreams ✨

We are working towards self-sustainability and financial freedom.

🔹 We broke ground on our debt-free home in March of 2022.
🔹 We originally planned to build a 4 bed, 3 bath house but with the rising material prices, we had to change our plans.
🔹 The home we are building now is a garage with an apartment living space above. The square footage will be ~1000 sq. feet in the apartment.
🔹 This is not intended to be our forever home but we feel confident we could start our family in this space. (There are 2 bedrooms)
🔹 We’ve done all of the work ourselves except: excavation, block laying, pouring concrete, second floor/ roof framing, roof install, septic system, well drilling, gutter install, and drywall
🔹 Alex is a mechanical engineer and designed our home. We had the design checked by a Professional Engineering company prior to applying for our permits.
🔹 Drywall is finished upstairs and we are moving onto paint and interior finishes! 🎉
