Encompassing wide-ranging bands from Korn and Limp Bizkit to Slipknot and Mudvayne, and spanning from the mid-Nineties to the modern day, it's a hard genre to pin down. We traveled to Knotfest Australia to get the answer from fans and artists alike — including members of Parkway Drive, In Flames, Northlane, Alpha Wolf and Malevolence — and they did not disappoint.
