Trying out SKYWAY STAGE 3 going home to Bulacan via Sucat Skyway to NLEX balintawak Exit. Free Toll until January 14 2020. With Skyway Stage 3 officially complete, travel time between SLEX and NLEX can now be done in as little as 20 minutes instead of around 3 hours. Magallanes to Balintawak (as well as Balintawak to NAIA) will now take 15 minutes, while Valenzuela to Makati will just take 10 minutes.
