Here’s how to make Gordon Ramsay's famous scrambled eggs, and it's easier than you might think.

Ingredients:
- Eggs 
- Butter
- Sour Cream
- Salt & Pepper
- Chives
- Bread (for serving)

Tools:
- Stove or Burner
- Pan or Pot with High Sides
- Flexible Spatula

Crack 3 eggs directly into a cold, high-sided pan or pot. Set your heat to medium-high and add a few pans of ice-cold butter. 

Immediately start mixing your eggs and butter, paying close attention to the heat of the pan. Once it starts getting warm, remove the pan from the heat, continuing to mix, being sure to scrape the sides of the pan. 

Add your pan back to the heat, and repeat this off-and-on process for about 3 minutes, mixing continuously throughout.

Once fluffy and cooked through, remove from the heat and add salt, pepper, and a heaping tablespoon of sour cream. 

Do a final mix until the sour cream is well combined, and then immediately serve on a piece of buttered toast with a garnish of diced chives.
