Boom Box: Use Explosive Gel to stun a henchman getting a weapon from a Weapons Crate.
Chaos Theory: Perform an Inverted Takedown from a vantage point on a thermal henchman.
Deep Impact: Use the Shock Wave Attack on two or more henchman (upgrade required).
First, use the Disruptor to disarm the two armed thugs downstairs. Then, grapnel up to the ledge with the armored henchman and perform a Ledge Takedown. Grapnel away from the scene to remain unnoticed.
Wait until at least two thugs come to check out the body. If they don't, throw a Sonic Batarang down next to it to attract them over. Once they're near each other, Dive Bomb straight down and land in the middle of them.
Detonate a Shock Wave to knock them down and run away. This will complete the
Deep Impact challenge.
Spray some Explosive Gel anywhere and wait for a thug to walk nearby it. Detonate when he's close to knock him over and complete the
Boom Box challenge.
Finally, grapnel up to a vantage point and wait until the henchman wearing thermal headgear is directly beneath you. Perform an Inverted Takedown on him, and you will have completed all three challenges.
