Uncle Ben doesn’t exist in the MCU! When Tom Holland’s Spider-Man meets Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield’s versions in No Way Home, Tobey mentions Uncle Ben, but Tom doesn’t react—almost like he never had one. And at the end of the movie, Uncle Ben isn’t even buried next to Aunt May.

Uncle Ben has always been a crucial part of Spider-Man’s story, shaping his journey from an ordinary teenager to a hero. But in the MCU, Aunt May takes on that role instead. This version of Peter Parker becomes Spider-Man in spite of Uncle Ben, not because of him. The Spider-Verse films also explored this concept to some extent, making it one of the most unique takes on Spider-Man’s origin.
