On July 31, 2025, mgk went live on Instagram. He was outside in Canton, Ohio, rummaging through his suitcases.

"I was about to grab one of the lost americana CDs and walk the street and see if I could just play in somebody's car, and they lost my bags in London," mgk said. "But like now, I'm here, I had like all the vinyls, all the CD [of his new album 'lost americana'] in my bag, and I'm tripping now cause I'm like, dude, I don't see them. I'm in the middle of a little crisis right now. Did the London Heathrow Airport TSA steal my album??"

mgk was in London recently, and his luggage was lost. The luggage was found eventually, but the vinyls and CDs that were inside were missing, so he suspects that TSA at the London Heathrow Airport may have stolen them.

During this IG live, A guy asked mgk if he can take a picture with him. "Is it cool if I take a picture with you, bro?" the guy asked mgk. "Bro, I'm in the middle of a little crisis right now to be honest," mgk said.

Another fan successfully took a picture with mgk.
