Unedited timelapse replacing a rotten old French window with a lovely new wood double glazed one. This is the 3rd window I've ever done and with each window the installation time gets much quicker. The hardest part is lining up the four hinges to put the leaves on! The walls are about 600mm thick and these are off the shelf window so it is not a like for like fit. The old plaster is removed from the reveals before I offer up the new frame and mark the best spots on the side for brackets to get the best fixings in the biggest rocks. Brackets are mounted and insulation tape applied and then the installation can begin.
