Finally got round to making some music at West Kennet long barrow (video to come) and afterwards we spent the rest of the day enjoying the vibe at Avebury. This amazing little village is situated within the largest stone circle in England and I'd recommend reading Julian Cope's 'The Modern Antiquarian' before visiting to learn something of it's history and importance.

In the middle of the village is The Red Lion and we arrived at the pub just as they were setting up their monthly open mic. We bagged an early slot which was unfortunately cut short when the p.a. died on us! So we made our way up to the Wishing Tree, which is a large beech tree that supposedly was the inspiration for Tolkien's Middle Earth, and recorded a second performance of the track. This recording was cut short when the recorder ran out of batteries, so I've edited both performances together to create this video :)
