It was one problem after another today as I battled to replace the beam that was holding up the stairs. It’s hard to edit down eight hours of cutting, banging, lifting, moving, readjust & repeat into a ten minute video but the struggle was real and pushed my body and brain to the max! Tomorrow is another day and I’m sure there will be a new set of problems on this renovation.--------------------------------------------
This is a daily vlog of our self-renovation of a French Townhouse which was originally built sometime in the 1930s. We left Ireland in August 2023 with our two kids and two dogs in search of a family home and these videos are a way to document the process for ourselves, as well as hopefully inspiring others to take on a similar project.
