Episode ten of The Solo Barndo Build. We get the Hitz Halter below grade insulation installed. The windows, doors, and soffit blocked and part of the house wrap installed.

The Cedar plan is thoughtfully designed to maximize space and cost efficiency, without sacrificing function! This open-concept plan features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with plenty of space to add another bedroom and/or bathroom upstairs. A large 8′ kitchen island, feature fireplace, and charming wrap around porch come together to make this home feel cozy and welcoming. The Cedar plan provides an economical structure with 14′ sidewalls and a vaulted ceiling upstairs, helping reduce building costs by utilizing a “one and a half” story design.
