Live album from Test Dept, recorded in Montreal in November 1990 and released the following year on the group's Ministry of Power label. Thunderous metal percussion accompanied chiefly by bagpipes and symphonic elements, with several arrangements of songs from their latest studio LP at the time ("Pax Britannica") along with other material never seen in studio form (as far as I know) such as the closing track "Vastness".This album appears to be out of print now, but you can find it listed in Test Dept's discography on their official site here:
