Ingredients
Prepare Ranch Dip Sauce:
-Olper’s Cream 1 Cup
-Lemon juice 2 tbs
-Mayonnaise 1 Cup
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) powder ½ tsp
-Himalayan pink salt ¼ tsp or to taste
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ½ tsp
-Onion powder ½ tsp
-Cayenne pepper powder 1/8 tsp
-Vinegar 1 tbs
-Doodh (Milk) ¼ Cup
-Fresh parsley chopped 1 tbs
-Chives chopped 1 tbs
Prepare Jalapeno Creamy Cheese Dip:
-Makhan (Butter) 1 & ½ tbs
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 tbs
-Doodh (Milk) 1 Cup
-Cheddar cheese grated ½ Cup
-Himalayan pink salt ¼ tsp or to taste
-Orange food color 1 pinch (Optional)
-Olper’s Cream 1 Cup
-Pickled jalapenos chopped 2-3 tbs
Prepare Herbed Sour Cream Dip:
-Olper’s Cream 1 Cup
-Lemon juice 4 tbs
-Mayonnaise 4 tbs
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) powder ¼ tsp
-Onion powder ½ tsp
-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ½ tsp
-Dill (Soya) chopped 1 tbs
-Chives chopped 1 tbs

Direction:
Prepare Ranch Dip Sauce:
-In a bowl,add cream,lemon juice & whisk well for 30 seconds.
-Add mayonnaise,black pepper powder,pink salt,garlic powder,onion powder,cayenne pepper powder,vinegar, milk,fresh parsley,chives & whisk well.
-Serve with condiments.
Prepare Jalapeno Creamy Cheese Dip:
-In a saucepan,add butter & let it melt.
-Add all-purpose flour & mix well for 30 seconds.
-Add milk & whisk well.
-Add cheddar cheese,pink salt,orange food color & whisk well until cheese melts.
-Turn off the flame,add cream& whisk well,turn on the flame & cook on low flame for 1-2 minutes.
-Add pickled jalapenos & mix well.
-Let it cool.
-Serve with condiments.

-In a bowl,add cream,lemon juice & whisk well for 30 seconds.
-Add mayonnaise,black pepper powder,onion powder,pink salt,garlic powder,dill,chives & whisk well.
-Serve with condiments.
