
How To:
1. Pre-heat the air fryer.
2. Oil and salt your steak
3. Cook at 380 degrees for 8-10 minutes per side depending on the thickness (I did 10 min per side with a 1.5” thick steak)
That’s it…
Be sure to let it rest before slicing and I like to add a little more flakey salt to finish it off. Perfectly medium-rare! 🤤
