It’s been a long cold winter, and the New Guy doesn’t have electricity.
He heats his house with an antique woodstove and uses candles for light.
So, he decided to write a letter to Cat and ask for help.
They have a full line of mobile generators; and in less than a week, look what showed up- a brand-new Cat XQ20.
This is the most light-weight and compact model in their line-up.
It’s the baby of the family.
With a 38-gallon fuel tank, it can run up to 24 hours before it needs to be filled.
The Cat diesel engine doesn’t require DEF and can go 500 hours between oil changes.
It might be small in size, but it’s big on power.
I love that it has a solar panel to keep the batter charged and a single point lift.
The first thing the New Guy did with his Cat power was plug in a heating pad and take a nap, which was easy to do because this generator is so quiet.
Next, he went completely overboard, he brought in his hot tub and set up a flat screen TV with surround sound.
You should have seen his place later that night… I can’t imagine what the neighbors thought.
