Hiiiii 👋👋 I’m Jenna and I’ve been working with people who have anxiety and OCD (intrusive thoughts + compulsions) since 2008. Since I was a little girl, I wanted to work with this population because I knew from my own experience that continuing to let anxiety win only made things worse.

And I wanted other people to see how empowering and freeing it was to break through that, too.

Since then, every research paper, internship, job, project - was about OCD, anxiety, panic, fear, treatment, recovery somehow. I went on to specialize in OCD and anxiety, I worked at Johns Hopkins Hospital and also at a residential level OCD and anxiety facility for 10 years. I’ve worked with the most debilitating, complex cases of anxiety and OCD - nothing you say will wow me, confuse me, throw me. Go ahead and try. I dare you. I’ll give you a prize if you can.

In 2018, I had my now 6 year old and struggled significantly with scary thoughts related to him, our relationship, being alone with him, and all the horrible things that could happen. I made it my mission to help others who were also struggling yet had no idea what was going on - because what’s worse than anxiety and intrusive thoughts, but not knowing that they’re actually very common and don’t actually mean anything about you or your intentions?
