Fly in the party among the pegasi with Mantlegen's breezy and uplifting tune from his new EP "I Wanna Be" that just dropped! As free as a pegasus flying freely in Equestrian skies, partake in positive and very pony-like melodies, as this Electro House from EDM adept Mantlegen takes you to higher altitude. "Heavily inspired by pegasi from the show", the whole EP has the concept of "freedom", and despite the symbolic presence of Rainbow Dash on the cover art of the EP, Mantlegen believes that freedom "can be anything" and thereby grants the tracks a wider range of interpretation and meaning. Conveying a "free fly feeling", the EP and this track in particular sure do fit pegasi flying quite well, and the melodies, pace, and mood of "Fly In" sure feel very pony-like. Hope you enjoy my animation of my little Dashie! As always when I create homemade After Effects puppets out of vectors/artworks and animate them, it's tricky to get right because the effect I'm using can glitch in various ways, so in addition to keyframing the animations of each part of the body, I have to meticulously check by the pixel if nothing goes wrong, and modify the settings of the animation accordingly... It looks ok now only because I did all that, haha. Anyway, I'm happy to make these custom visuals and hopefully enhance your experience of the song!
