It is likely that pilot or technical error was to blame for the crash of a Russian military plane into the Black Sea Sunday morning, apparently killing everyone aboard only minutes after the plane took off from the city of Sochi. Among the 92 victims were members of a world-renowned Russian army choir. NBC’s Lucy Kafanov reports for TODAY.
