Over their history, the Chinese built many walls to protect their Northern Frontier. A great General Qi had the vision to unify these into the Great Wall of China we know today built with the blood and sweat of countless citizens, this is the human story behind the greatest construction project of all time - a structure thousands of miles long miles long, which used 100 million tons of earth, and 15 billion bricks – the equivalent of 15 Great Pyramids.
