Martin Best is one of the most interesting personalities of medieval music, his folk approach, his incredible vocal and instrumental technique, as well as the originality of the themes covered make him a multifaceted artist to follow. In this work Martin Best and his ensemble interpreted a repertoire ranging from the 12th to the 16th century, creating one of the most pleasant and beautiful discs dedicated to the troubadour, medieval and Renaissance repertoire.
Concerning the video: I used a true masterpiece of illuminated art, the manuscript Français 606 dating back to the 15th century and containing the work of the writer Christine de Pizan "Épître d'Othéa". As you can see from this selection of images, the quality is very high both in terms of content and realization.
