If you're new to my channel, my name is Trent (@trizzlemanfitness), and I'm the founder of Ransomed Bodies Training, one of the top online fitness coaching brands dedicated to transforming lives through practical and sustainable fitness methods.

My journey here wasn't easy, but every step shaped who I am today:

17 yrs old: After four foot surgeries, I was forced to give up basketball, a sport I deeply loved.
18 yrs old: Lost direction, spiraled out of control, and was arrested for drug possession.
18 yrs old: Found hope through Jesus, got sober, and completely turned my life around.
19 yrs old: Began my fitness journey to regain control over my health and life.
20 yrs old: Worked in sports medicine, deepening my passion for health and wellness.
21 yrs old: Served as an EMT, providing critical medical care on an ambulance.
22 yrs old: Graduated Magna Cum Laude from Cal State Fullerton with a degree in Health Science.
23 yrs old: Married the love of my life.
24 yrs old: Founded Ransomed Bodies Training, initially as a side hustle alongside my career.
25 yrs old: Graduated from USC Keck School of Medicine’s PA program.
26 yrs old: Specialized as a physician assistant in foot and ankle orthopedic surgery.
27 yrs old: Retired from my career as a PA and transitioned Ransomed Bodies Training into my full-time passion.
28 yrs old: Retired my wife from her probation job, enabling us both to pursue our dreams together.
29 yrs old: Won my pro card as a natural bodybuilder in men's physique.
30 yrs old: Adopted my son through foster care—today, I'm a proud father of four.
31 yrs old: Grew Ransomed Bodies Training into one of the world's leading online fitness coaching brands, now reaching over 2.5 million followers across social media.

Today, my mission is to empower individuals to achieve lasting fat loss, muscle growth, and a healthier lifestyle with simplicity, accountability, and flexibility.

After spending years with a bad relationship with food and not understanding nutrition, I fixed my relationship with food and mastered flexible dieting. Today, I get to teach you to do the same, get lean, and build healthy habits.
