
I put the head, tail and bones in a cauldron, add onions, carrots, pepper, salt to taste and 2.5 liters of water. I cook for 40 minutes and filter the broth, it will come in handy a little later.
Onion (1 piece) fry in vegetable oil for 3-4 minutes. Add carrots (1 piece) and fry for another 3-4 minutes. I add fish broth and bring it to a boil. I add potatoes (3-4 pieces) and fish. Bring to a boil and remove the foam. I add tomatoes and bell pepper to taste. Cook until the potatoes are ready and add herbs (parsley, dill and green onions). Stir and remove from the heat.
