First one, open control panel and switch to "Small Icons" and then select "Notification Area Icons" then change GWX behaviour to "Hide Icons and Notifications".
Second one, open TaskManager and move to "Details" Tab. Here do search for GWX and end the task. This will remove the icon from the taskbar.
Third option is uninstalling the update. Open Control Panel and then switch the view to Category and then select "Uninstall a Program". Now here click on "View Installed Updates" and then search for the update file named KB3035583. You can uninstall this update file to get rid of "Get Windows 10" icon from Taskbar.
