3. Before starting coding always try to think about the problem and possible ways you could use to solve it.
4. Optimize your solution and make code better.
5. Submit code for review and let other developers review and comment your code
6. Implement any changes after review
7. Let QA (Quality Assurance) Engineer test the test or test it yourself
