I don't know about you, but I am actually not a big fan of dry cakes. When I make a cake, I usually want it to be as moist as possible without being raw. And that's exactly what I wanted to achieve with these cute Cheesecake Puddings! The top is still crispy, but once you get to the inside it's almost like eating a creamy pudding. Especially with the fresh and sour component coming frim the berries, it's a really nice endproduct! I hope, you like the recipe! :)
