"Figure Out Yourself" is about how liberating it can be to go to therapy because of how it helps you understand why you are how you are. It’s also an attempt to de-stigmatize the topic by talking about it more openly. I find it strange that we’re okay as a society about talking about going to the dentist, for example, but not about going to see a therapist. Somehow it seems like going to therapy can be seen as a weakness, when in fact I think it should be seen as quite the opposite. You’re showing willingness to work on and understand yourself, which I think is quite awesome honestly!
