Our hotel, like our brand, is all about blending the French savoir faire and the best of the local culture. But today, it’s not about blending, it’s about competing! Our Director of Food & Beverage Mathieu Bruno and our Director of Nightlife Aidan Demarest will confront in a merciless duel. Mathieu will be representing France and the delightful world of cognac, while Aidan will be representing the United States and the wide universe of American whiskey.
They will conclude the show by making two emblematic cocktails using whiskey and cognac, right in time for the Holidays: a Pilgrim Punch and a Grapes of Gratitude.
You will learn all the important characteristics of both liquors for you to pick your favorite side. You name it, it’s Battle of the Bottles, France vs USA edition!
