While it may seem like somebody at the sounds resources seemingly "slapped" the Crowd sound effects over the Announcer's voice clip, that is NOT the case. The Crowd sound effects are ACTUALLY part of this voice clip (as well as the "Complete" voice clip). This was presumably done to "save on space", but even if so, this never happened again in the newer Smash games. Not even the first game combined the Announcer's voice clip and Crowd sound effects into a single file. However, with the power of editing, I was able to separate and "remove" the Crowd sound effects from two of the Announcer's voice clips. You can still hear the Crowd sound effects playing in the background a bit of this voice clip, but I tried my best nonetheless. It shouldn't be a huge deal though, so if you wanted to have this with no other sound effects overlapping the voice clip, then this should be for you.
