
6 garlic cloves, diced
2 tbs diced onion
3 thumb size ginger, crushed
5 tbs oyster sauce
1 bay leaf
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
3-4cups water
1 tbs cooking oil
Optional:
1 tsp sugar if you want it a bit sweet
1 tbs vinegar if you want it a bit sour
Chilli powder if you want a spicy version
