
There are many keto cereal recipes on YouTube, but most if them are mainly nuts and porkrinds, so I decided to make a recipe that doesn't contain neither if those, is high in protein and low carb and also really tastes amazing. Of course the recipe in the video is only an inspiration and you can adjust the ratios to your own liking or also add other stuff, if you want also nuts or porkrinds if you want. ;) I also used two things in the recipe that I made a video about yesterday and the day before yesterday which are the roasted soy flakes and the chocolate protein puffs. The recipe for the chocolate protein puffs is not vegan, but if you want the cereal to be vegan, you can simply leave them out or replace them with some nuts maybe or depending on whether you're keto or you are not keto you can of course also use some puffed quinoa or whatever you like! :P Have a great start in the week or whenever you are watching this!
