-- FR – 7ème album studio de l'un des vétérans de la scène death metal britannique du début des années 1990 : CANCER. Au côté des BENEDICTION, NAPALM DEATH, SORTILEGE, et autres CARCASS, CANCER a splitté plusieurs fois et sa carrière fut en dents de scie. Mais c'est sans compter la motivation et la passion qui animent le sympathique guitariste/chanteur John Walker sur ce 7ème méfait intitulé Inverted World (@PeacevilleRecords). Ce nouvel album sonne old school, comme le dernier BENEDICTION, mais avec une ambiance lourde et malsaine sur des relents parfois Frostiens que n'aurait pas dénigré Tom Gabriel Fischer à la fin des années 80...

Alongside BENEDICTION, NAPALM DEATH, SORTILEGE, and CARCASS, CANCER split up several times and had a roller-coaster career. But that's without taking into account the motivation and passion that drive the likeable guitarist/vocalist John Walker on this 7th misdeed, titled Inverted World ( @PeacevilleRecords ). This new album sounds old school, like the last BENEDICTION, but with a heavy and unhealthy atmosphere with sometimes Frostian overtones that Tom Gabriel Fischer wouldn't have disparaged in the late 80s...
