✒ Dear Diary,
I'm beginning to lose track of time, we've been traveling through these mountains for so long now. Fog. Always fog.

"Just over the mountains," Rakeesh said but that seems so long ago now. We travel by torchlight but the fog is so thick I can barely see my feet. They hurt. the sharp rocks, upon which we walk, pierce their way through the leather soles of my shoes. Will the fog ever end? Will these mountains ever end?

When creating this ambience video I was inspired by many fantasy stories, books, movies, series, and games. To name a few of them - Skyrim, Witcher, Outlander, Eragon (the book, not the movie, haha), and a hundred more.

The beautiful landscape you see is in the Jotunheimen National Park in Norway and crossing it feels like being on a quest in Middle-earth.

You can hear some gentle rain (or maybe drizzle), cold wind, quiet ambient music, and some ominous drums to paint the fantasy quest ambience.

I hope the video will help you focus, imagine, or relax.
