How to floss your teeth
Flossing helps remove bacteria from teeth that are the precursors of plaque/ decay.
Floss your teeth at least once a day.
Floss after you have brushed the teeth.
Technique to floss properly
Take dental floss of about 45 cms.
Wind the ends of floss around each of your index fingers.
Have 5 cm in between the 2 fingers
Gently slide the floss between 2 of your teeth.
Don't force the floss in.
Move the floss up and down in between 2 teeth.
When the floss reaches your gum line, curve it against one of your teeth.
Keep on changing the portion of thread with which you floss.
